Attacks on Ukraine's energy supply

Documented and sourced since February 2022. Every event on this site carries at least one verifiable source.

Methodology

How this site works

Sources
Reports are drawn from publicly available sources: the International Atomic Energy Agency, Ukraine's Ministry of Energy, the grid and plant operators, and news agencies. Every source is stored, archived and checked daily to confirm it is still reachable.
Confidence
Every event carries one of four levels: confirmed, multiple sources, single report, conflicting accounts. The level is shown as text on each event, not only as a coloured dot. There are deliberately no percentages, because a figure would claim a precision this material does not have.
What this site does not claim
No attribution without evidence. No damage totals calculated from our own data. No figures from occupied areas for which no independent reporting exists. Missing data is shown as missing, never as zero.

Special section: nuclear power

Zaporizhzhia and the Chornobyl exclusion zone. Plant conditions, reports and an explicit account of what is not known.
