Die Seite läuft auf einem gemieteten Server der Hetzner Online GmbH in Deutschland. Hetzner verarbeitet die Daten ausschließlich weisungsgebunden für uns. Über die Verarbeitung besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Artikel 28 DSGVO. Eine Übermittlung in ein Drittland findet dabei nicht statt.

Beim Abruf einer Seite protokolliert der Server automatisch die IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Adresse, den HTTP-Status, die übertragene Datenmenge, die verweisende Adresse und die Browserkennung. Diese Angaben lassen sich nicht ohne Weiteres einer Person zuordnen und werden nicht mit anderen Daten zusammengeführt. Eine Auswertung findet nur statt, wenn konkrete Anhaltspunkte für einen Angriff oder eine missbräuchliche Nutzung vorliegen.

Das Passwort wird nur als Hashwert gespeichert und ist für uns nicht lesbar. Zur Anmeldung setzen wir zwei technisch notwendige Cookies für die Sitzung. Sie sind nach Paragraf 25 Absatz 2 Nummer 2 TDDG einwilligungsfrei, weil ohne sie die vom Nutzer ausdrücklich gewünschte Anmeldung nicht funktioniert. Ein weiteres notwendiges Cookie merkt sich die gewählte Sprache. Es findet keine Reichweitenmessung und kein Profiling statt.

Diese Möglichkeit ist ausdrücklich freiwillig und die Schaltfläche lädt kein Skript von Google, solange sie nicht angeklickt wird. Erst mit dem Klick werden Sie zu Google weitergeleitet, und erst dann erfährt Google, dass Sie diese Seite nutzen. Wir erhalten von Google Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, die Google-Kennung und, sofern hinterlegt, Ihren Namen. Ein Passwort erhalten wir nicht. Anbieter ist Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Eine Übermittlung in die Vereinigten Staaten ist dabei nicht ausgeschlossen.

Der Newsletter wird nur nach Bestätigung versendet. Nach der Anmeldung erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit einem Bestätigungslink, und erst mit dem Klick darauf sind Sie eingetragen. Dieses doppelte Verfahren schützt Sie davor, dass jemand anderes Ihre Adresse einträgt. Zum Nachweis der Einwilligung speichern wir den Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung, den Zeitpunkt der Bestätigung sowie die dabei verwendete IP-Adresse und Browserkennung. Ohne diesen Nachweis könnten wir im Streitfall nicht belegen, dass die Einwilligung vorlag. Jede E-Mail enthält einen Abmeldelink. Der Versand läuft über unseren eigenen Mailserver, nicht über einen Versanddienstleister.

Was Sie in das Kontaktformular eintragen, wird an unsere Datenbank auf demselben Server übertragen und dort bis zur Erledigung Ihres Anliegens vorgehalten. Pflichtfeld ist nur, was zur Beantwortung nötig ist. Zur Abwehr automatisierter Einsendungen enthält das Formular ein für Menschen unsichtbares Feld und misst die Zeit zwischen Aufbau und Absenden der Seite. Ihre IP-Adresse wird dabei ausdrücklich nicht gespeichert.

The map on this site is our own vector map. It is drawn from geodata held on our own server. No map tiles are loaded from a map provider.

The difference is not cosmetic. With an embedded third-party map, your browser requests image files from the map provider for every visible section. In doing so it necessarily transmits your IP address and, through the chosen section, which area you are looking at. On a site about attacks on infrastructure, that is precisely the kind of information that is nobody's business outside this site. Here that transmission does not happen.

There is no analytics service, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no font from a third-party server, no embedded social media post and no payment provider script. All fonts, scripts, images and geodata come from our own address. That is why there is nothing here that would require a consent banner.
